Shipping within the United Kingdom

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

Delivery Timelines

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. 

• Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., public holidays, courier delays). Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
