How long does engraving take?

Engraving takes 1–2 working days from receipt of your order. This is included in our standard handling time and does not add extra handling days. Delivery time begins after dispatch.

How long does UK delivery take?

UK delivery usually takes 24–48 hours after dispatch. Please allow 1–2 working days for standard handling before dispatch, including engraving where requested. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We send international orders using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery time depends on the destination and the overseas postal carrier.

How long does international delivery take?

After dispatch, please allow an estimated 5–8 working days for Europe and 7–10 working days for the rest of the world. These estimates include an extra 2–3 working days to allow for delivery by the overseas postal carrier. Please also allow 1–2 working days for handling before dispatch, including engraving where requested. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing and local postal delays.
